It's zucchini season 🥒🥒🥒

You know what that means, zucchini bread!!! So when your neighbors try to give you their abundance of zucchini they grew, get out your mixing bowl and whip up this easy tasty bread!

This summer has flown by!! It's been rainy and muggy, which has meant the oven hasn't been running as much. I'm hoping for a really spectacular fall to make up for the summer. You can feel fall in the air- summer is my favorite season, but feeling the seasons change is always a pretty magical feeling. And that means we are one day closer to pumpkin season, my all time favorite 😍🎃

A little sneak peak at this week's special scone flavor -

🐷🧀 Ham and cheese 😍

Savory scones are one of my favorite! Made with local Cabot cheddar cheese, its oh so good!

And yes, the classic blueberry lemon and raspberry white chocolate scones will still be there! And of course, the well loved lemon loaves!

It's been a busy week baking with blueberries 🫐

It's been a rainy cool few days, which means I needed some spring like treats! I started the weekend off with a sweet roll filled with cream cheese and a homemade blueberry compot. I then took some off that compot and made a blueberry cream cheese frosting to spread on top of the rolls. OH. MY. GOSH. 😋😋😋
These not only looked beautiful but tasted oh so perfect. They were super fluffy and the blueberries and cream cheese were just the perfect combo. I loved this frosting so much that I then created some blueberry scones topped with that delicious blueberry cream cheese frosting and a sprinkle of wild main blueberry sugar. Ummm yumm!

I'm thinking the next combo will be strawberry cream cheese 🍓😋

Heres hoping the sun will come out soon and bring some warmer weather! Until then it's more spring bakes!

🧁 Did I mention the strawberry buttercream is made with fresh pureed strawberries and topped with freeze dried strawberries for an extra burst of flavor?? 🍓

I will be selling all my baked goods for pickup at right here in town!! This is a lovely farm stand and I'm super excited to partner up with another local small owned business.
