A quick note from Timmons Cottage Bakes

It has come to my attention that the hot weather may have affected the quality of a few items at the stand last weekend. I take a great deal of pride in what I bake, and I’m truly sorry to anyone whose purchase didn’t meet the quality you’ve come to expect.

I’m looking into what happened and making adjustments to my baking, packaging, and how items are stored during warmer weather. If you ever have an issue with something you purchase, please reach out to me directly. I always want the opportunity to listen and make things right.

Snack mixes are back, along with delicious sourdough brownie bread and focaccia! I definitely didn’t make enough focaccia last weekend, so I’ll be making plenty this time. Super excited for Cinnamon Roll Focaccia 👀

Just a quick note! I am aware of the current jalapeño recall and want to reassure everyone that the jalapeños used in our bread come directly from a local grower. 🩷

Just a little heads-up! The stand will have a small restock tomorrow. Bread, Cookies, Cake Cups, pancake mixes, and jam. I won’t have as much time today to bake due to some family bday time.
