Strawberry Rhubarb Galette

Excited to be bringing this one to the this year. It’s a rustic galette dough with turkey red flour and a seasonal filling of strawberry & rhubarb.

Since these fruits are seasonal, this flavor will be for a limited time during the market & will change as we head into autumn!

Borough Bakehouse updates!

As we’re heading into the market season, just a few updates from me on the market and what’s to come.

Take a sec to read through if you can to see all the changes including some slight price changes.

The opens JUNE 5th from 3pm-7pm and will be every Friday into September.

This year I’ll be opening market pre-orders on hotplate a few days before so you can get a few items secured early!

We took a little trip to San Francisco this weekend to check out all things bread on the west coast. We were lucky enough to also take a trip to Petaluma to be part of the first ! Such a cool experience meeting other bakers and taking classes from such great teachers. Really great to see inside ’s class set up and hear from other experienced bakers. A great event all orchestrated by !
