Gourmet bread in an hour class made focaccia, dessert and savory. These kids are so much fun to work with.

I am so proud of my kids in this class. I almost forgot to take pictures of the molasses cookies. They were so perfect and delicious.  I honestly can say I look forward to teaching this class every week.

 Gourmet cookie class we worked on cooie # 7 sugar cookies.
 📚 Math Concept: Geometry – Shapes, Perimeter, Surface Area
🔍 Explanation: Practice calculating area and perimeter of cookie shapes.
🧮 Example:
Circle cookie with diameter 3 inches →
Area = π × (1.5²) ≈ 7.07 in²

Middle school baking class yesterday, I had them make Oreo stuffed vanilla cookies, from the “all around gourmet cookie” book  and chocolate chip Oreo vanilla bread

I was delighted to decorate the Persian love cake, a traditional Middle Eastern cake infused with aromatic spices and rose water, which Misty baked for Joey and Jamie's wedding celebration yesterday. Congratulations Joey and Jamie.
