Six years of Whiskology. 🤍
I started this business in 2020… just 14 days before New York officially shut down for COVID. What felt like the most uncertain timing turned into the biggest blessing. While the world slowed down, I was in my kitchen practicing, testing, failing, learning.
2020–2021 gave me something I never expected: time. Time to refine my skills. Time to experiment. Time to figure out what I loved (and what I didn’t).
In 2022, after taking a little time off, I rebranded from “Cupcakes by Cai” to “Whiskology”. I stepped back into creativity with more intention and more knowledge. I added dessert tables, got more comfortable with cakes again, and pushed myself in new ways.
Six years later, after the ups, downs, pivots, late nights, early mornings, and every learning curve in between… I can honestly say I feel comfortable. Confident. Clear.
This year, Whiskology is focusing on what we do best:

While we will no longer be offering cakes, we are so excited to lean fully into what we love and what we know — getting back to our roots: cupcakes. But this time with more flavor, more intention, and even higher quality in every single detail. And I truly believe the best is still ahead.
