First day of winter break = straight to baking šŸŽ„

I made a monster cookie dough with chocolate chips, oats, and extra chunky peanut butter. Then i topped those with the classic Pillsbury sugar cookies we all love. I also made a new cream cheese buttercream with crumbled Christmas tree cakes! Itā€™s the holidays! Itā€™s time to be extra!

So grab a glass of milk and enjoy a cookie this Friday ā˜ŗļø

Really branching šŸŖ¾out here in my decorating but I worked hard on this tree stump birthday cake. It was a 4 layer German chocolate cake topped with fondant caterpillars šŸ› and mushrooms šŸ„ā€šŸŸ« The sides are covered in ā€œbarkā€ made from chocolate. It was so moist. Might be my go to chocolate cake recipe.

Who loved little Debbieā€™s as a kid?! I know I did. Is it just me or did they shrink as we grew up? I decided to see if I could recreate the oatmeal creme pie and bring it back to its majesty šŸ‘‘.

āœØIntroducing Lil Livā€™s OCPāœØ (oatmeal creme pie). Itā€™s made with a soft and chewy oatmeal cookies and a marshmallow buttercream frosting that will make your sweet tooth happy. šŸ¤¤
