With an incredibly heavy heart I am here to let you all know that I have made the decision to close the bakery. The past few years of being back home serving and loving the people of Decatur and those just passing through have been something I have treasured so deeply.
This place has meant more to me than I can begin to describe, and I’m so incredibly grateful for every single person who has supported me along the way.
I have struggled to find the words to say, because to be honest my heart is a little broken. As I have reflected on the past two years, I just keep coming back to the same thought-I want it to have mattered. And each of these notes is a little reminder that it did.
The Lord has changed me through the bakery. He has drawn me near and taught me to put my trust in Him alone.
This place was something special to me. Thank you for being a part of it 🤍 I’m trusting there are good things coming soon!
