This weekend, I had the honor of creating a very special 30th birthday cake. 🤍

The inspiration was her grandmother’s famous coconut pineapple cake, so we wanted to keep that familiar, homemade feel while giving it just a little elevation for the occasion. We added a pineapple rum filling, toasted pecans, and lightly toasted coconut to make it our own while still honoring the cake she remembered.
Seeing how happy she was with the finished cake was such a special moment. Knowing it brought back memories of her grandmother made this one especially meaningful. 🥹🤍

We truly love being a small part of these kinds of celebrations and creating desserts that feel personal and memorable.

I had the absolute pleasure of creating this baby shower display this past weekend for Whitney and Felicia, and it truly meant so much to me to be a part of such a special day. 💙🏈

Their “Touchdown, It’s a Boy!” theme was so much fun to bring to life, and I loved being able to add all of the little details that made the celebration feel extra special.

The dessert table included:

🧁 Strawberry cupcakes
🖤 Oreo cupcakes
🍪 Mexican wedding cookies, dusted in blue powdered sugar
🤍 White chocolate-covered Rice Krispy treats with white chocolate baby ornaments and sprinkles
🍫 Salted caramel chocolates
🤍 Chocolate-covered Oreos
🥨 Chocolate-covered pretzels

From the display to the desserts, everything was made and put together with so much love. There is something incredibly special about being trusted to help create memories for families during these once-in-a-lifetime moments.

Whitney and Felicia, thank you for allowing me to be a part of your beautiful celebration and for trusting me with such an important day. I was truly honored to do this for you both, and I hope you felt just how much love went into every detail. 💙
