It is with a profound sense of regret that I must inform you, The Whisk Bakery will be ceasing operations.
If you already have an order with me, nothing will change, those orders will still be done!!‼️
For those who may be unaware, this bakery was established four years ago, when I was 16 and had the opportunity to work for a bakery that failed to recognize my value and prioritized profits over providing exceptional customer service. At 16, I made the decision to leave and establish my own micro bakery. As many of you have witnessed, this bakery has grown exponentially beyond my wildest expectations. Over 75% of my customers are repeat clients who initially discovered my page and have continued to support me year after year. I am deeply grateful for the immense success I have experienced from the outset, which can be attributed to the loyalty and support of my remarkable customers and advocates. I must also express my heartfelt appreciation to my family and friends, many of whom have contributed to the bakery's success through their purchases and tagging me in posts. Unfortunately, as I progress in my education, the demands on my time and resources have increased significantly. Furthermore, the substantial inflation of ingredient costs has resulted in diminished profits, making it challenging for me to maintain the low prices that I have strived to offer my valued customers. Although the decision to close the bakery is extremely difficult, I remain grateful for the opportunity to have served my community through my passion for baking. Throughout the past few years, I have been fortunate enough to donate numerous baked goods and acquire valuable knowledge and experience. I extend my sincerest gratitude to everyone who has followed my journey and hope that in the near future, I will have the opportunity to pursue my nursing diploma and resume baking for the public once again. I have witnessed tremendous growth in my baking skills and am deeply indebted to my customers for their unwavering support.
