🚨 The Senate could vote at any moment. There has never been a more important time to speak up.

Senator Ted Budd has offered an amendment that would remove the h**p extension from the Continuing Resolution and put the industry back on track for a sweeping federal h**p ban on November 12.

Supporters of the amendment argue that consumers would still have access to non-intoxicating CBD products. Our new CBD Fact Sheet shows why that simply isn't true. It explains how the proposed 0.4 mg THC per container standard would eliminate many of today's most widely used h**p-derived CBD products and summarizes the research, economic data, and policy implications.

Yesterday, we joined102 other organizations representing retailers, convenience stores, restaurants, beverage companies, veterans, patient advocates, agricultural stakeholders, and h**p businesses also sent a letter to Senate leadership urging lawmakers to preserve the h**p extension while Congress completes work on a responsible long-term solution.
