I loved creating their wedding cake and dessert table, featuring brownies, lattice-top mini apple cinnamon and mixed berry pies, and mini cupcakes in vanilla, red velvet, carrot, and cookies & cream. A sweet spread for a day filled with so much love!

Today is a very special day for me—and a big milestone for my business. Happy 7th anniversary to Pastries By Exposure! 💜

I’ve been baking for as long as I can remember, but on September 24, 2019, I officially started Pastries By Exposure LLC. Over the years, the business has taken many different directions, but one thing has always stayed the same: my love and passion for baking.

Then, on September 24, 2025, I left law enforcement to focus on growing my business full time. One year later, Pastries By Exposure has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of—more than I ever could have imagined when I first started.

What began as a dream has become my reality, but the dream continues to grow—and as it grows, so does Pastries By Exposure. There is still so much more to create, experience, and accomplish, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes us next. This truly is what dreams are made of. 💜

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me, ordered from me, shown up for me, and helped this business grow over the years. A special thank-you to those who continue to recommend me to others. Your support means more than I can put into words, and I’m so grateful to have you along for this journey!

I had the joy of creating this soft floral birthday cake, made with gluten-free ingredients, for my incredibly talented vendor friend Rachel! She brings such beauty and emotion to every performance, and listening to her play the violin is truly remarkable.

Some cakes are especially meaningful to create. 💙💚

It was truly an honor to create Bill’s retirement cake and help celebrate his incredible 36 years of dedicated service with the NYPD and the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office. Having also had the privilege of working with Bill during my time at the Sheriff’s Office made being part of this celebration even more meaningful to me.

Bill is a truly incredible person with the biggest heart, and the countless lives he has touched throughout his career are a reflection of exactly who he is. Thirty-six years spent protecting, serving, and caring for others is an extraordinary legacy—and one so deserving of celebration.

Congratulations on your very well-earned retirement, Bill! Thank you for your service, your sacrifice, and everything you have given to the communities you served. I’m so grateful I could be a small part of such a special celebration. Wishing you nothing but happiness in this next chapter—you deserve every bit of it! 💙💚

Calling all poppyseed lovers! 🖤✨

This cake was created for a customer who wanted the poppyseed to be the star—and it certainly was! Packed with poppyseeds in every bite, lightly brightened with fresh lemon zest, and layered with just a touch of lemon curd, it was finished with poppyseed buttercream rosettes and a custom edible image for a very special milestone.

🎓🎂 A very special cake for two very special young women! 🎂🎓

Today’s cake was extra meaningful for me. Not only am I celebrating a graduation, but also the 18th birthday of Lucy and Lori!

I’ve known their family for over 16 years through Mr. Le (who keeps my nails looking fabulous 😊). Over the years, our families have shared birthdays, celebrations, milestones, and so many memories. It honestly feels like just yesterday I was seeing Lucy and Lori in their matching outfits and helping them with schoolwork. Now they’re turning 18 and graduating!

Being asked to create their cake for such an important milestone is an honor that means more than I can put into words. Watching these sweet girls grow into amazing young women has been such a privilege, and I couldn’t be prouder of everything they’ve accomplished.

Happy 18th Birthday and Congratulations, Lucy and Lori! Wishing you both endless success, happiness, and exciting adventures as you begin this next chapter. 💛🖤🎓
