As you all know, here at Ida's Classic Confections we strive to bring you the best quality ingredients in all our baked goods. Over the last few months we’ve been looking at local farms to provide us with non factory produced eggs. As you know when they list pasture raised it really doesn’t mean anything in the FDA‘s world so I am proud to announce. I found a local farm outside of Springfield Ohio, which raises their chickens on an all bug outside peck as you wish farm and here’s a couple pictures of the chickens and the eggs and stay tuned. They will be incorporated into our baked goods here within the next week thank you all for your support.
