My Nan would enjoy this treat. I took here famous pumpkin bread, added cream cheese and dark chocolate chips and made this super moist cake with layers of flavor that will make you remember those holiday feelings of love and family.

The Watershed Distillery opened in 2010 in Columbus, and I remember buying a bottle that was, to put it kindly, harsh. I still have that bottle, purchased so long ago, somewhere buried deep in my bourbon stash.
