Frühlings-Flammkuchen.
New flamm this week, starting on our spelt and rye dough rolled out super thin, made with tarragon-lemon crème fraiche base, roasted asparagus, pickled strawberries, thick cut bacon, quark and a little of our cheese blend to finish it off before going in the wood-fired oven.
We also have a pea soup and our whole scratch made menu including some new beers! Come through! Prost!

Rouladen week! Those little labors of love start with a beautiful slice of beef smeared whole grain mustard mixed with a little Dijon, then a thick cut slice of bacon, next we add minced onion and finally a large pickle spear. It then gets rolled up, tied up, and sautéed and finally slow cooked in a rich haus made beef broth, wine, a little tomato paste, and some mirepoix. Served over spatzle or fries or with your choice of side! We also have our whole scratch made menu, and it’s also Thirsty Thursday with a beautiful Austrian natural wine for $30, it pairs beautifully with the rouladen! Prost!

Hey, it’s Sauerbraten week!! We have it the traditional way, with beef, and the vegan way with beets. (Both are GF) We also have a roasted dew drop cabbage stew. (Vegan and GF).
