Cookin' & Bakin' with CAKE CRAZE

Tonight for dinner, we had homemade canned FRENCH ONION SOUP and homemade canned APPLESAUCE.
What a great dinner it turned out to be !!

If interested, I sell the homemade canned/jarred FRENCH ONION SOUP  $7 a quart and the APPLESAUCE $5 a pint. 

** Ingredients for the soup:
Olive oil, onions, salt, black pepper, thyme, white wine, and broth.
** Ingredients for the applesauce :
Apples (usually a combination of different flavors)

By the way, as you can see in the picture it's a ramekin. I used French Bread on top of the soup, two slices, (not too thick, and not too thin) they both fit in the bowl. Then I placed one slice of mozzarella, one slice of provolone and one slice of Swiss. Broiled until it turned that beautiful color.

BAKING/COOKING with CAKE CRAZE
Morning to our followers.

Did you know how easy it is to create your own Burger Dish?

Add some chopped onions and if you'd like also add some chopped bell peppers 🫑 (any color) to a pan along with ground beef. Brown the mixture together.
Now think about what you would like to add to it. Some ideas are:: kidney beans, 🫘 a can of stewed tomatoes, 🍅 tomato sauce, maybe a taco mix seasoning or a sloppy Joe mix seasoning or a variety of seasonings, such as salt and pepper or cumin, or Italian seasoning. The ideas are endless, depending on what you or your family likes.
Continue to taste it as you cook it so that you know what you need to add.
Then at the end, you can cook up some noodles, or macaroni and add at the last moment.
So it's like you're making your own goulash your way.

What you can add to this is endless and it really is simple and easy for you to make yourself.

Here's a quick and easy dinner 💡 idea!
CHILI
You don't really need a recipe. Just brown some ground beef 🥩 or Turkey 🦃.
Add tomato paste, crushed tomatoes. Then season to your liking with any or all listed:: salt, pepper, garlic, cumin, chili powder and kidney beans 🫘. Tom
likes his CHILI on rice, I like mine on macaroni. Top your bowl off with yummies like - sour cream, shredded cheese 🧀 , chopped onions 🧅, a dash of hot sauce (the ideas are endless). You can also make some cornbread.
