GF Oreo cookie base, salted caramel cream, topped with more salted caramel. 🥰
Confidently making caramel is such an accomplishment for me.... I remember in the beginning of my career I caught way too many pots on fire! 🔥 The dry caramel method is no joke! 😂 Special thanks to all my past bosses for teaching me and look y'all - no burnt caramel! 👍😆

Back to the grind! This past year has been insane...but making a cake today really cemented the fact that I love and miss the hospitality world something fierce!
On today's menu: Gluten Free Chocolate Cake filled with Vanilla Creme and Strawberries with Swiss Meringue Buttercream. 🍓

It's a chilly Saturday morning but we are here in Wheat Ridge with croissants and pies! Printed out a few stickers last night and that logo looks awesome! 😍

One of my favorite steps of croissant making is when I get to put that big slab of delicious, creamy butter into the dough. Something about knowing that the butter gets rolled and folded into the dough makes croissants seem even more magical. 🥐 Croissants are a labor of love, and for these babies I have all the love! 😍

So come out to Wheat Ridge and try a yummy croissant - they go perfect with cold weather beverages. ☕😋
