This morning, a storm quickly passed through Circle K Farm. While brief, it did blow out a window in the milk house, which is attached to the barn. Yes, many decades ago, the farm had a dairy. The little milk house was where the big, metal milk cans, filled with fresh milk, were put in the water cooler until Horace, our milk man, stopped to pick up the cans of cooled milk later in the mornings. Later meaning between 7-8 am!
We are so grateful to know Nick, who was able to make the window repair yet today. Nick does a great job! He's truly a craftsman and such a nice man, too.
