Slaving away for the event this weekend! My helper in the background doing some last minute cutouts! 😅

This batch of scone dough makes 40! It’s roughly 10 #!!
Flavors will be:
Raspberry white chip
Rhubarb
Apple cinnamon
Chocolate chip
Blueberry lemon

Chonky cookie flavors:
Stuffed Reese’s
Chai Spice latte
Brown butter snickerdoodle
Oatmeal raisin
Candy Monster(Oscar the grouch😅)
Spooky Cookie Monster
Almond croissant

Decorated cookie singles will be new flavors!
Mocha (for you coffee lovers)
Pumpkin spice(not new, but a big hit last year)

And I will have my regular custom sugar cookie flavor packs.

Oh and don’t forget the Paint your own cookie kits! Always fun!

Happy first day of fall y’all!

With that, I’m baking up a storm of all things fall flavors!

Pumpkin and mocha flavored sugar cookie sets!

A request for apple cinnamon scones, so I’ll have those this weekend along with raspberry white chip, lemon blueberry and rhubarb🤞

Cinnamon rolls, cinnamon pillows for sure.

There will be some other things!

And let’s not forget the chonky cookies! I have a few new recipe flavors that I think you’ll love!😍😋 it’s a week with little sleep and late nights!

Wowza! I have been busy! Between decorating cookies, planning out classes, all things media, garden & family life, I put posting on the back burner! Oops!

So here’s what I’ve been decorating! These customs were all so fun!! And when I get hugs from my clients or their kiddos, it just melts my heart🥹💕

I appreciate all of you! God is so good!

In the midst of everything I decided the cookie room needed a new coat of paint, and rearranging! Uggh! The spare bedroom is piled high with supplies that need to go back to their places🤦‍♀️🫠👀 after YEARS of having the piano in this room…it is now in our living room! It was messing with my cookie vibes😅

I have a new farmhouse cabinet for supplies too! Can’t wait for this to get back in order!

We’re baking up all the things for the Country Girls Craft expo this weekend!!
When will I sleep? Who knows!

Well, if you work with icing, maybe you know what the helicopter method is?!

Welp, I proceeded to change icing bags of my outline…Houston we have a problem🫪 Abort! Abort! 🤣🤣
I swung that icing bag like a helicopter propeller and icing flew everywhere 😅

I grabbed an icing bag that I had cut for a piping tip use🤦‍♀️

Big hole, lost a lot of icing….on me, on my table, on the floor…on the wall as shown!

Good grief. Time for bed lol

Sorry, long post!

It was a cupcake kind of weekend! Well, cookies too, but cupcakes first 😁 Happy birthday Megan! And thank you Alisa!

First pic- vanilla bean cupcake with a cookie dough-like buttercream! Oh my gosh, made with brown sugar & powdered sugar, it is divine and without the eggs like regular cookie dough! Can we say dangerous?
And Cookies & Cream cupcake & buttercream, yes please!

Second pic- decadent chocolate cupcake with fluffy peanut butter buttercream😍

And lastly- my now-so-famous vanilla bean-lemon curd filled cupcake with the lemon raspberry compote buttercream 😍

I’m not a frosting lover at heart, but these are fantastic! Family approved!

I sold a bunch of tomatoes this past weekend, got caught up on my canning, now waiting til the next round on the vines ripen. A round of ketchup, peach bbq sauce and salsa to do and then I’m done with tomatoes!

On the stovetop today I’m steam juicing grapes my daughter and I picked a few days ago. Where has this juicer been all my life? No stemming the grapes! Apples next! Easy peasy!

I’m planning all my class set themes finally. Menus are being worked on, new things being ordered for my vendor events. I need new table covers, a lighter banner and business cards, just to name a few. There shouldn’t be much more.

I’m glad for rainy days so my mind doesn’t wonder, reminding me of all the things to get things done outside/garden. I get a few days break.

I doubled my cupcake batter and well, can’t believe it didn’t spill all over!! It’s close though! 😅
Pretty satisfying if I do say so myself!!
