Meet Jon Parrish, founder and owner of 212 Salsa 🍅🌶️

New to Palmer’s, 212 Salsa is handcrafted in small batches in New York City and cooked over a live grill using BBQ wood smoke and unique chili combinations. The result is a salsa unlike any other.

What makes 212 Salsa such a natural fit for Palmer’s is the same commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and sourcing that defines everything we bring into our stores. Jon has built his brand around doing things the right way, not the easy way—using thoughtful ingredients, hands-on production, and an uncompromising attention to flavor.

Perfect for backyard dinners, weekend gatherings, and classic New England feasts, our lobsters are available daily for pickup. Simply stop by the butcher counter or call ahead by 12PM the day prior to reserve yours.

Don’t forget to complete the spread with house made lobster rolls from our deli.
