Today I got married to the love of my life.

Happy 45th Anniversary…May our Lord grant us more time together this side of heaven forever in each other’s company and arms.

It hasn’t been easy being a Navy brat and then a proud Navy wife with having to send you off to war. Not knowing IF you would return to we Thank you for your service to our country, and now a full ❤️. With the long heritage of my in-laws. And my darling boy, I don’t mind the grey hair. I wouldn’t change a thing because it’s made us both proud patriots.

But I wouldn’t change a day.

And I thank our children Will and Victoria, you’re the gems in my crown along with your father. And the faithfulness of their spouses, both strong believers in Christ.

I was 17 years old when I got pregnant, had a son when I was 18. Got married when I was 19, and had a daughter when I was 20. How many people can say that ??? It’s been a glorious ride.

Along the way I found our Lord Jesus Christ. And the faithfulness of prayer. Because of diamonds in my crown…my 4 beautiful GRANDdaughters that he has so blessed us with.

I pray that our Lord grants us more time together…holding each other’s hand and looking in each eyes as we walk into the future together, who knows…maybe another 45yrs. Let’s ride !!!

So buckle up my darling boy…we’re in this together !!!
