A few years ago, I started baking cupcakes to sell in an attempt to raise money to be able to help my parents out paying for my cheerleading expenses. As everyone knows, cheerleading is not cheap with all of the uniforms, shoes, pom-poms, and summer camps. Once I got in the kitchen and started baking, I couldn't stop. Up until then I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to do after I graduated high s
chool. I always knew I wanted to do something creative, such as photography. After I received my first order for cupcakes, I knew that I wanted to go to culinary school, get a degree in culinary arts, specialize in baking and pastry arts, and open my own bakery. I'm constantly in the kitchen, with icing on the walls, batter everywhere, constantly trying new things. It excites me when I figure out a new recipe or combination I can try. I'm working to get my name out there and have steady orders for my cupcakes coming in. The look on people's faces when they try my cupcakes is what I look forward to. It's absolutely priceless and I love giving people the enjoyment they can get when they try my cupcakes. I do special orders, special requests, and I can even deliver to your convenience. Delievery within a 10 mile radius of Westover Drive is $10 and a set fee of $0.50 per mile outside of the 10 mile radius. My cupcakes average $16.50 per standard dozen.
