I have been struggling trying to come up with flavors lately! I did get some good suggestions though! So I hope you enjoy this week!

1. Dark Chocolate Espresso- a dark chocolate cookie topped with espresso butter cream

2. Blueberry Coconut Pecan- brown butter, blueberries, toasted coconut, and pecans.

My husband decided to try his hand at tapping maple trees this year. And I decided I had to make a cookie with it! So that sparked this weeks flavors!

1. Maple Bacon.- brown butter cookie with chocolate chip, maple, and bacon. With a maple glaze.

2. Berries and cream- cookie filled with strawberries, blueberries, raspberry, and blackberries. Topped with vanilla whipped cream.

Both are gluten free.

I have really enjoyed this warm weather, but this front coming through has not been kind to my head! I left work early to knock out this headache. To be honest I wasn’t going to do cookies, but I really wanted to eat one. So I baked anyways!

I just made small batches, but still had some for sale.

1. Lemon Melt-a-way- a soft lemon cookie with a lemon drizzle.

2. Peanut Butter Stuffed Chocolate- a soft chocolate cookie filled with peanut butter.

Happy Valentine’s Day!!

Unfortunately, I think my posts have been hidden lately! Yall missed out on some of my most amazing cookies Thursday. 😭. So if you could do me a favor and leave a comment, that might help me get out of Facebook jail.

I do have 3 extra chocolate chip cookie cakes for sale. $15 each. They did sink a little more than I hoped so I added some chocolate covered strawberries. Also these are NOT gluten free!
