Hi everyone. I've been away for a while, but in the next couple of weeks I'm bringing some Exciting New Products to my ETSY Store. For health reasons, I'm not able to stand and bake myself as much, but I've been searching for wonderful GF, DF, SF and even Nightshade free Meal items to bring you some Dinner Gift Boxes. Recently my cousin across the country shattered her arm and I wanted to send something to make life a little easier while she recovered. I made up a gift box of pasta dinner items that her husband could easily heat up for them.
I realized that this would be a nice thing to make available for those with allergies. A Great Gift for Yourself to get some great products or for someone whose down or recuperating who could use some help. I've found companies that develop products to cater to those with one or more allergens.
My first boxes will be for a Pasta Dinner, with options for GF, DF and even Nightshade Free pasta and sauces. I will also have a Taco Night box with tortillas, seasoning and salsa. I will be enclosing some of my own Bootin Gluten Bakery products in the boxes as well.
If you have any ideas or requests for products or brands you're looking for, please let me know and I'll see what I can find.

We have been alerted by our supplier of Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Battered Halibut (SKU # 50382) that product with the code 537312620 BEST IF USED BY NOV/05/2021 C—sold only in our CT, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NE, NH, NY, OH, RI, TN, VT, WI—contains wheat and milk, which are not declared on the label.

No illnesses or allergic reactions have been reported to date.

All of the affected product has been removed from sale and destroyed.

If you purchased any of the Gluten Free Battered Halibut with the affected code (537312620 BEST IF USED BY NOV/05/2021 C), and have an allergy or sensitivity to wheat and/or milk, please do not eat it. We urge you to discard the product or return it to any Trader Joe’s for a full refund.

Looking for information And assistance -
As with many of you, I have recently developed an allergy to All cow's milk products. I tried some goat's milk cheese the other day and had a worse allergic reaction than with the cow's cheese. I did, however find some Sheep's milk cheese at Aldi, which was very good (not funky) and melted nicely and I did NOT have an allergic reaction.

This has started me on a quest to find other Sheep's milk products to try, but my online search has turned up Nothing in our area. I have discovered that there Are Sheep Dairies that produce cheese, ice cream, yogurt and cream cheese (claiming that they're Good), BUT NOT in Our Area. The dairy free substitutes for these items are edible, but lack the creamy taste and texture of Real dairy products. You just don't really want much of it.
SO, I'm wondering if any of YOU know of local places where some of the above mentioned products are sold. AND, I'm also requesting that if any of you would Also like to find such products for your own use, that you would do as I have and put in requests for them at local groceries that carry selections of specialty products. I have sent emails to Meijer, Harvest Market and an online company called Azure Standard that has a large selection of organic and specialty foods and will "Drop Ship" fresh, cold and frozen products once a month in the area for pick up at a specified location.
I believe that Many of You would also like to have added options of "Hopefully" GOOD Tasting foods that are no longer available to us from cow's milk.
