It’s official I signed the lease today. Unfortunately I will have to close next week and use that time to move. Anyone willing to lend a hand on Monday or Tuesday please send me a message! I appreciate everyone’s patience while I try to rebuild some normalcy in my life again!

Today I had some time to myself so decided to play my kitchen.
I haven’t made a batch of soft pretzels in awhile. As I started to mix I added some pumpkin and the next thing you know spices where flying everywhere. It definitely smells like fall in my kitchen right now and I’m not mad, let me introduce the sugar shacks newest invention….
PUMPKIN PELLETS
It’s my traditional pretzel dough with pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and a touch of molasses all rolled into what I will call a fall sugar. This definitely hit the spot today if you’re a pumpkin fan. They will be here tomorrow. Stop by and give them a try……oh and I made cinnamon raisin bread also!
