Quick announcement:

Unfortunately due to health issues I will have to take a step back from baking as much for a while. As my body allows I’ll make some cakes and pies but it will be scarce for a bit. I’ll post when I am able to get some goodies down to the market. (Especially that Peanut Butter Fudge Cake everybody loves!) we may even try to do a couple fall festivals if im able to, I’ll post that as well.

In the meantime I just ask for prayer please! Thank you for everyone’s support!

Yall come out and see us today with Cinnamon & Co at TRACTOR SUPPLY in STANFORD. We have all kinds of goodies ready.

Sourdough sandwich bread, cookies, pumpkin rolls, tres leches cake (strawberry & chocolate), peanutbutter fudge cake, chess bars, potato candy, peppermint bark, peanut butter crunch bars, rice crispy treats.

Other vendors are here as well with local honey, garden goodies, lamb pre-orders and crafts!

Let’s be real! SOURDOUGH Please read 🙏🏻

Ive said It before and I’ll say it again, I’m not professionally trained. Im just little ol me taught at home. So when I hear of ways I can improve things, thats what I do!

I’ve done some research this week and changed my sourdough bread recipe for the better! More fluffy, taller, less dense. It still has milk and raw honey, now it has butter as well!

Come and give it a try and let me know what you think! (seriously! I can’t fix things if I don’t know!)

It’s back to school time for a lot of our kiddos and FALL is coming soon! (For me it’s here, I’m one of the crazy ones that decorate in August lol)

Today (8/13) at the Vegetable Man Produce market you’ll find

Pumpkin Rolls w/pecans
Apple Cinnamon Blondies
Old Fashioned Banana Cake
Peanut Butter Texas Sheet Cake (like fudge but cake!)

Happy Monday! It’s August and I don’t know about yall but to me, that is a FALL 🍁 🎃 word! 😂

Fall is my favorite time of the year and so to bring me some joy, we’re going to start rolling out some of my favorite fall treats! The main one being pumpkin rolls!!

My pumpkin rolls are filled with a cream cheese base filling and I can add walnuts, pecans or slivered almonds or we can go totally nutless and keep it creamy! We will have fresh homemade Pumpkin rolls out this week at the market but if you’d like to order one (or 3, I don’t judge, these are my fav too!) just let me know!

🎤side note, we won’t be baking today (8/11) but will be in the kitchen first thing in the morning getting some fresh sourdough in the ovens!

Happy Saturday y’all!!

Next week will be the return of cinnamon rolls! I’m going to have a variety of flavors out, as well as the sourdough breads don’t worry 😉, but I miss doing the cinnamon rolls. So keep an eye out for the flavors that will be coming!

If you haven’t tried the Blueberry cinnamon roll yet, Monday will be your chance!

We’ll also have the Peanut-butter Texas sheet cake, it’s like fudge but in cake form yall! And some other yummy treats! Come see me next week, I’ll be in the store Monday, Wednesday and Friday!

40 loaves plain

Happy Saturday y’all!! (Please read and let me know)

I’m heading to a family reunion but had a question for yall.

Sourdough sandwich bread goes soooo fast, I make upwards of over 60 loaves plus a week and it feels like it just stays empty on the racks. And if you know sourdough, it takes its sweet time for sure! So, if I took orders for the sandwich bread, would that help yall if I made extra and put some back for you? You’d still get it through Vegetable man’s market, and just as much would still be on the racks as well, but I’m talking a secret stash in the back for those that know they want sourdough when they’re coming in so that you don’t get there and it’s all sold out?
