August was genuinely one for the books. The most markets we’ve done in a month & the most sign ups we’ve ever had on our hotplate page. I can’t believe summer is coming to an end but I am so excited for what fall will bring us- new items & the most perfect weather for sourdough baking. Thank you all for an incredible summer & my busiest month yet. Here’s to the rest of the year.

And I don’t adjust any salt in the recipe either. I’ve tried certain recipes with unsalted butter and just prefer the salted more! Especially in cookies! Is this even a hot take- I’m curious?
