Somebody asked us recently what shokupan is good for.
Honestly… what isn’t it good for?
Tear off a piece while it’s still soft and warm.
Spread it with butter and honey.
Make the fluffiest grilled cheese imaginable.
Egg salad sandwiches.
Japanese fruit sandwiches.
French toast.
Almond toast.
Even croutons somehow become luxurious.
It’s simple bread — but in the best possible way. Soft, buttery, and quietly addictive ☁️
