March 1st is the start of a new chapter for us. We are expanding our menu to include gourmet grill cheese sandwiches, dirty soda and tornados (spiral potato on a stick). With the new menu comes a new name Hungry Monkey. Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to get our delicious jumbo cupcakes, brownies, cookies, and crepes on the truck as well.

Cake By The Lake is your home for custom cakes and desserts and Hungry Monkey is your new mobile spot for a sweet and savory meal.

Today is our final Mossy Creek Monday of 2025. Come on over to First United Methodist Church-Jefferson City, TN until 4pm for a sandwich and treat.

Tonight is going to be delicious. 5 different kinds of cookies plus cake pops means you can leave the baking to us. Add all the other bakers and you don’t have to make a thing and still be the star of your holiday get together.

Hate to say it, but we are not going to make it to Mossy Creek Monday tomorrow (12/15). We plan to be there next Monday (12/22) with your last minute Christmas treats.
Come see us this Friday (12/19) at the Jefferson County Rescue Squad from 6-10pm for lots of delicious cookies. Why bake when we do it for you.
