Erica's Pop Shop Cake pop custom made for your party needs Welcome to Erica's Cake Shop! I'm really excited to start this new adventure and share with all my Friends and Family.

My Passion with Baking started at a young age, first it started with helping my Mom in the Kitchen at Holiday time and then I kind of I took over with baking cookies, then after realizing that baking was therapeutic for me i needed to find some kind of reason to bake, It became a regular thing to bake treats for Work place Birthday's and parties. A recent Birthday Party I made S'mores Cake pops wh

ich were a huge hit, A Friend had commented on a picture and asked me to make her some of the same type of Cake pops for her son's Boy Scouts event, I couldn't say no that. So this is where the idea of this Website came along to bake for my Friends and Family for their events and parties. I hope to see you again! Check back later for new updates to our website.
