Today, we close the doors of Capers Too Deli for the very last time.
After 5 years and 6 months, of hard work, creativity, rebuilding and reinventing, we brought to life a Capers that had never been seen before. Tucked away in a quiet corner of Danbury, CT, we managed to build a loyal clientele that helped us grow beyond what we ever imagined.
We made friends and became a family. Many people passed through our doors only a few times, but each left their mark in their own way. We went through highs and lows during the pandemic — and even after, through a time of deep uncertainty — but we stayed open, standing strong.
And today, we say goodbye — but with the feeling of a “see you soon.”
This space no longer reflects the dedication of our work or the size of our dreams. It’s time to look ahead, find more room to grow, and create something new. Our beloved team will follow their own paths, and who knows — maybe one day we’ll meet again on another adventure.
We are deeply grateful for the support of our community.
