HAPPY SPRING!!
Hoping you all weathered the winter well.

A quick message about some Buns….
We are going to do some baking this week to shake the cobwebs off as we move toward a regular baking schedule for 2026.

Baking cinnamon buns and sticky buns(unfortunately stickies are already sold out for this round) this Thursday, May 7th for a same day pick up at 3pm. This week will be pre-order only. You can call and leave a message at 207-380-6223 if you’re hungry for some. We will call you back to confirm availability and details.

Hello all 🍁🍂🍁🍂

Prepare for a LONG download of info regarding buns for the upcoming holidays. I’m going to put out all the dates they will be available and the details for how to get them.

Buns are currently being made on a small scale. Most of the selling days will be a first come first served method. (It’s possible that we will do pre-orders closer to Christmas) If you come for one of the sell days and we are sold out, you can be put on a list to reserve them for the next round if you’d like.

The buns will be sold at The Local Batch Kitchen at 127 Elm Street, Damariscotta. There is on street parking, and very limited, 15 minute max parking, behind the building.

•SATURDAY, November 29th…. Join us at LBK for “A Neighborhood Holiday Market” on small business Saturday. The Cupboard will be selling buns from the freezer and fresh baked cookies. Vendors will be at LBK and upstairs at Du Jardin. There will be free craft fun for children to enjoy. More info will be on LBK’s Instagram page soon.

As our possible opening date gets closer and closer. Keith is making as many additional spaces as possible.

1. Please be kind to our neighbors (they are all amazing) who have posted no parking signs.

2. Also we will not be taking reservations. While you are welcome to dine here, there is no table service. Stage one of our opening is more of a quick serve. We were not anle to hire ataff til we knew when we would actually be opening. Order at the register and pick up when your number is called. It will be well marked. No worries.

3. Remember we may have similar items we are not, The Cupboard, so expect things to have changed. We have worked very hard updating, painting , and setting up an expedited serving set up. I hope everyone enters with the same positivity that we have.

4. If you have any concerns or questions just ask. I will personally address them.
