On this evening's Meal Train for Jesse and Alison Simmons Menu - Pork Tenderloin Roulade.
A savory swirl of sautéed mushrooms, onions, parsley and bacon wrapped inside a well-seasoned pork tenderloin, served with wild rice, and grilled green beans, lightly drizzled with a lemon-garlic aioli. Bon Appetit!

The honey we used was from my dad's award winning beekeeper friend from high school, Steven Pool at The Tribute Honey Co. So good!
