Fresh Pork Pies coming out the oven this morning to close up the week!
This week was tuff 😬 offering DFW delivery isn't easy, throw in an ice 🧊 ⛸️ storm and it's dam near impossible 🙃😂! Last orders going our the door today! I apologize for any delays it may have caused! Weather looks great next week and we have our @rollertownbeer pop-up on Sunday 6th ( more information to follow)
This bakery life isn't always easy but without the bad the good wouldn't feel so good! I always tell my kids how lucky I feel I found something I love to do and I hope they do to! I hope you have a fantastic Sunday filled with the things you love to do too 💕 x @chef_tinamiller

Thank you so much for everyone who came out to Burns Nighy last night. We had an amazing turn out. Haggis was a hit and the new @rollertownbeer Scotish Ale was outstanding. If I closed my eyes I was teleported back to @ebrington.arms our family pub back home!!!

March is Spring Break szn which means it’s time for Episode 2 of Rollertown Spring Break. Without further ado, we introduce.. Yacht Rock Spring Break. 🛥 🎸
You may be wondering… why Yacht Rock? Well, there’s a perfectly reasonable explanation: our beloved crispy boi “Boat Party” American Pilsner is coming back on Thursday - so we had to throw down. We’ve mapped out a schedule of amazing food trucks, live music, beer, & merch for you and the family to enjoy.
Expect captain hats, Yacht Rock playlists (Kenny Loggins, anyone?), a small photo booth for kiddos, and more. The cherry on top is that we anticipate another 70 degree / sunny weekend in Celina, let’s go!

Mark the calendar! On Tuesday, January 25th, we'll be celebrating Burns Night at our taproom. This is a traditional Scottish celebration held on January 25th in honor of Scottish poet, Robert Burns. It will involve delicious food, cold beer, and the best of times.
Whether you're familiar with the holiday or not, we invite you to partake.. see below for details.
Burns Night - January 25th
We'll be releasing a brand new Scottish Ale this day, and we will debut a brand new beer engine at our bar.
5PM: Brewery opens
6-8PM: The Proper Baking Co pop-up, featuring traditional Haggis (a sausage dish popular in Scotland)
7PM: Burns Supper and performance- yes, there will be a bagpiper and a King!
This event will be family friendly and we welcome everyone.. and kilts are encouraged, if you have one. Cheers!
The Proper Baking Co will be at our taproom this Saturday from 12-2PM. This will be their only holiday pop-up for the season (we feel so special!).
