I have some freeze dried food items that I made to sell. Freeze drying is a process which involves sublimation, in order to remove all the moisture from food. It is a completely natural process that includes no preservatives. These items are self stable (meaning you don't have to refrigerate them) for up to 25 years. For Halloween for the kiddos I made yogurt bites (made with organic Greek yogurt) with pumpkin faces (flavored with pumpkin butter) and ghost faces (flavored with honey). There is no added sugar in the yogurt bites, only honey, and no artificial flavors or colors, and gluten free. These are $7 for a 8oz jar (which has about 10-12 bites). They melt in your mouth! I have roasted, seasoned freeze dried corn, which is like crack! It's like popcorn and completely guilt-free (and gluten-free) snacking- $10 per package. I have freeze dried Milk Duds (which puff up and become round and light as air) for $7 for an 8oz jar. I have freeze dried Twix (which are one of the best things I've ever eaten) for $15 for a pint jar (5 Twix per jar). Food saver bag of pumpkin spice marshmallows (which are amazing in coffee or hot cocoa) - $5. Food saver bag of freeze dried miniature marshmallows (great for cocoa, cereal, and icecream)-$5. Freeze dried Coca-Cola Haribo gummies- which are puffy and brittle (amazing!)- $7. Freeze dried Henry's Homemade ice cream mint Oreo scoops- $15. Organic ice cream sandwich bites in a pint jar - $12. Freeze dried cotton candy grapes (about 1 pound before freeze drying) $10. Quart jar of Haribo mixed flavor gummy bears -$12. Salt water taffy (it puffs into light crunchy balls) - $6. Homemade sweet sapphire grape jam in a 4oz jelly jar -$8. Cash accepted at porch pick up. I don't have many, so first come first serve. Each item takes between 24 - 60 hours to make and process. I can freeze dry custom orders, as well. Please let me know. I'm a degreed culinary and pastry chef with my Kitchen Manager Certification, so sanitation is my utmost priority.

I am now taking orders for pies for Thanksgiving! All my pies are made from scratch (including the crust) and use organic ingredients. Most people say my pies are the best they have ever had. Please choose your flavor and you may pick up on November 25, 26, or 27th. The flavors for $25 each are rum spiced pumpkin or buttermilk chess. The flavor for $35 is rum spiced pecan.

Here are the results of my freezedried Harvest Right candy experiment! The Skittles are light and airy and cracked about one time per candy. The saltwatertaffy was AMAZING!!! It's light and airy and the flavor is intense! The Twix are my favorite, as the carmel exploded into a dreamy puff. The Milkduds did the same!
