Just made these Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter cupcakes and they aren’t bad! I am very surprised at how good these keto cakes are turning out. I can enjoy something that’s good and only about 2-3g carbs verses 40g!! Winning! Here’s the video of how I made them! Keto Vanilla Baby Shower Cake for a coworker. She can’t has to watch her sugar intake due to gestational diabetes. I can totally relate to this struggle so it was great to be able to provide this option for her special occasion. (The fondant is not keto but I will be testing out sugar free fondant soon).

Success! I made my first Keto Vanilla cupcake the other day that really tastes good! I’m so excited to explore the world of low carb baking. Having had gestational diabetes with both of my pregnancies, I want to provide healthier options for my customers. Here’s a video of the vanilla buttercream.
