Happiest of birthdays to Sydney! Sydney has worked at Karma just short of 3 years and is commonly referred to as our MVP by other baristas. She always shows up giving 100% to every task- she’s a baker, barista, and shift lead! Sydney is a great leader & organizer of our bar floor. She’s a problem solver, super detail oriented, and overall cares highly about our shop, customers, and crew. We are so blessed to have her! Happy birthday Sydney, we love you! ❤️

Happy late birthday to our adventurer, Hannah! Hannah has been with Karma for a few months but quickly caught on and became a skilled barista and baker! Hannah, is sweet, funny, and creative! In her free time, she crochets, & sews- a lot of her cute clothes she has made herself! Happy birthday Hannah, we love you! ❤️

Happiest of birthdays to Ava! Ava has been a member of the Karma family since 2022 and quickly became such a vital part of what we do. Ava’s personality naturally fit our motto of “Inspire Kindness” in such a tangible way. She’s a talented barista, baker, and leader in our shop! She is kind and patient with everyone she meets and she’s always laughing! Happy birthday Ava, we love you! ❤️
