As a creative chef, I take pleasure in developing innovative recipes with simple yet distinct flavors. With ingredients like cabbage, onions, and yellow bell peppers, you can create a unique dish.

For the chicken, prepare a mixture of chopped garlic, green and red chili, 2 spoons of chopped parsley, salt for seasoning, and 3-4 spoons of olive oil. Microwave the mixture for one minute, then pour the sauce over your cooked chicken.

To make the rice, cook 3 cups of basmati rice in chicken broth until partially done. Add water to cover the rice and continue cooking until it reaches the desired texture. The rice will finish cooking in the vegetable mixture. Enjoy your meal!
