Uncle Mike's is open to catering events such as wedding rehearsal dinners, any type of shower, or whatever your special occasion may be. We specialize in the best smoked bbq around! We are known for our outstanding smoked ham, as well as ribs, pulled pork, chicken, links...you name it...we can smoke it to perfection! We make an award winning potato salad, greens, mac and cheese, come slaw, and smoked ranch style beans as sides We even do fajitas from the grill with grilled vegetables to boot!
