There’s only so much time in the day! I started mixing at 7:30 am, then did all the folds until it was shaping time. It’s a full day of hard work!

This is real bread made by a real baker. Nourishment delivered one loaf at a time. To my customers, thanks for letting me be your baker. It’s truly an honor.
