One day late, Lucia was yesterday but it doesn’t change the fact that these “saffron buns” are a treat !!!!

Sourdough sandwich breads 🙌 just out of the oven. Fresh bread is a big favorite in this house. Knowing the ingredients (well, as much as possible ….)
Organic, unbleached flour
Milk and butter from grassfed cows.
Local, raw and unfiltered honey 🫶.
Sun-dried, hand picked seasalt with no additives, from Mexico.

Julvört 🫶 one of my absolute favorite breads ….
Tried a new recipe and I’m happy with it. The best part is that they claimed this recipe as a original recipe and it has no raisins 😅
