Niaddi Flan

For over 10 years, every Niaddi Flan has been handcrafted the same way.

Every egg is carefully selected. Every batch is mixed by hand. Every flan is hand-poured, one at a time.

No shortcuts. No gelatin. No hot-pour mixes. No compromises. Just real ingredients, patience, tradition, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

While we're away next week, we won't be resting. We're preparing. When we return, we're unveiling something we've been quietly working on behind the scenes—a handcrafted flan unlike anything we've ever produced before.

Not a new flavor. Not a gimmick. A completely new expression of what flan can be.

Something designed to challenge expectations, elevate the craft, and change the way people think about flan.

Dade City will see it first.

And from there, we believe the dessert industry will take notice.

Stay tuned.

The next chapter of Niaddi Flan is almost here.
