Seeing Vanessa this weekend reminded me just how much of our journey started with her—she played such a pivotal role in our health and the story behind

Several years ago, through her extensive testing *virtually* at Vanessa discovered that we both needed to be gluten free because of a genetic gene mutation (MTHFR) and a wheat allergy. That moment was the beginning of a long, healing journey—one that’s had its challenges but has led us to *flourish* (literally and figuratively).

We’re endlessly grateful for her wisdom, her holistic approach to wellness, and her unwavering support along the way. If you’re struggling with your health or suspect food sensitivities, don’t underestimate the power of proper testing and guidance from someone who truly *gets it.*
