Yesterday was another very hard and emotional day for us. 💔

We both went to TCH to drop off the stuffed animals, and seeing Mrs. Victoria brought back so many memories of our beautiful daughter, Nyda. 🩷👸🏼

Mrs. Victoria gave Nyda so much love. I will never forget how Nyda’s face would light up whenever she saw Mrs. Victoria walk through the door with a stuffed animal, coloring book, or any little toy for her. Those moments meant more to us than anyone could ever know. Seeing our daughter smile, especially during the difficult days, was priceless.

We would always tell the volunteers, “Thank you for making our daughter smile.” And today, those words mean even more.

We will forever be grateful for everyone at TCH who cared for and loved our Nyda throughout the years — her cardiology doctors, the pacemaker ladies, kidney doctors, volunteers, food staff, cleaning ladies, ICU staff, and every single person who showed her kindness and compassion.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. From the bottom of our hearts, we will never forget everything you did for our princess. 🩷🙏🏼

Yesterday, we also found out that TCH’s sweet Bailey Dog passed away. 💔🐾 That news made an already emotional day even harder.

Like Bailey’s mom said, now both of her girls are together. 🩷

Bailey, please take care of my princess Nyda up there. 🐾👸🏼🩷 I hope she was waiting for you with that beautiful smile of hers.

Este pastel fue para una persona que llevo pocos años de conocer, pero parece que nos conocemos de toda la vida. Nuestra amistad ha crecido muchísimo y hoy puedo decir que somos muy buenas amigas. Fue una boda muy especial para la familia del lado de mi esposo. Preparamos 2 mesas de postres de 8 pies con más de 400 postres para 400 personas, y cada detalle fue hecho con muchísimo amor.

Ver a nuestro sobrino y a su hermosa esposa disfrutando al máximo el día de su boda fue una de las mejores sensaciones. Momentos como estos me recuerdan por qué amo lo que hago. Gracias por permitir que HappyCakesAndMore!!! fuera parte de un recuerdo tan especial e inolvidable. 🤍✨

It was a very special wedding for my husband’s side of the family. We created two 8ft dessert tables with over 400 desserts for 400 guests, and every detail was made with so much love.

Estos pasteles fueron hechos para una mujer muy trabajadora, esposa y madre dedicada. No solo maneja su negocio de mobile homes y su negocio de Divina Society Farmasi, sino que también está siempre al pendiente de su esposo y sus niños 💙

El pastel de Farmasi fue para una celebración de pre cumpleaños con su equipo ✨
Y el pastel del moño dorado fue para festejar con su familia y amigos 🤍

This gender reveal cake will definitely be one to remember 😂🎂

One of my daughter’s friends came to me asking for a gender reveal cake. She brought me the envelope with the gender and also twist poppers for the reveal. She told me:
“When I pick up the cake, just hand me the poppers for either boy or girl.”

Of course I said yes! Then I asked, “What flavor?”
She said, “The mom-to-be wants wedding cake flavor.”

Say less 💁‍♀️✨

I baked and decorated the cake just how they wanted it. The next day she picked it up, I handed her the poppers… and off they went to celebrate.

Now here’s the moment…
The parents-to-be got ready, glasses in hand, cut the cake to reveal the gender…

AND IT WAS WHITE 🤭😂

Because yes… they asked for wedding cake flavor… and that’s exactly what they got 😆

Apparently everyone looked at my daughter like:
“YOUR MOM… YOUR MOM…” 😂😂😂

I can only imagine the faces 👀

BUT don’t worry… they saved it with the poppers 🎉💙💗

At the end of the day, everyone was happy and laughing — and that’s what matters 💕

Note to self for next time:
“Do you want LIGHT pink/blue or DARK pink/blue?” 😆

I can’t wait for the next gender reveal cake!!! 🎂✨
