We are hiring : Full Time Shop Lead/Shop Manager

We have grown as a business and are looking for someone with leadership skills that can come in and help with the day to day operations of the shop.

You must be dependable, mechanically inclined, willing to learn, and capable of keeping the working day moving forward and on schedule.

Responsibilities include :
- Fabrication and general shop work
- Coordinating and prioritizing projects
- Problem solving
- Maintaining quality and organization

Experience in fabrication, welding, construction, signage, or a similar trade is preferred.

We stay busy but have a relaxed shop environment with an already great team, we are hoping to find someone who will come in and help us grow even more. Pay will be discussed during the interview and will depend on experience, ability, and level of responsibility.

Client Spotlight : Molida Soth

We recently met with one of our clients, Molida Soth, and decided we wanted to know more of her story on how she has become such a successful business woman at such a young age!

Molida has opened several nail salons across Kentucky, she said opening different locations made it convenient for people to access getting top notch nail services. The motivation for expanding is simple, she loves what she does and loves helping women feel more confident.

When we asked her what her proudest moment in her journey was so far she mentioned a time when she first started her business venture. She had hired a contractor to do some work for her, paid him and he never showed. Stunned by her answer, she continued explaining, instead of giving up she learned to do it herself, working tirelessly until she finished what needed to be done.

Molida is an inspiration to anyone wanting to start their own business venture and we are proud to be serving not one, but two of her new locations. If you are ever in Georgetown, KY and need your nails freshened up, stop by Bliss Nails, one of her closer locations to us!

Yesterday the Palmer sign was hit by a semi turning onto pike street. We should be in the area working soon once insurance companies give us the “go” please use caution if you’re in the area in the mean time.

The sign did hold its own really well- the video in the comments will show it folding around the building without breaking main supports.
