New scone flavors as we push towards summer!

* Strawberry Mojito scones - fresh strawberries, fresh mint and lime zest topped with a strawberry and lime icing. Sweet, tangy and refreshing!

* Candied Jalapeno and Cheddar- fresh jalapenos sliced and candied with sharp white cheddar. Sweet, salty, and a little bit spicy!

* Blueberry Lemon- everyone's favorite! Did you know our blueberry lemon scones are vegan? Made with olive oil butter and oat milk, they are our most popular scone!

Hi everybody! Dave's allowed to use the company socials but only on special occasions. Today is a VERY special occasion - Eve's birthday! A lot has happened In our lives between her last birthday and today. We have spent almost the entirety of that time together in the bakery and I wouldn't want it any other way! I've seen how many birthday cookies she's made for people so let's all wish her the happiest birthday! After all.... We wouldn't exist without all her hard work and talent.

Join us in wishing the happiest of birthdays to Baker Dave! On top of sharing half the ownership duties, Dave is the master behind all things bread, bagels, cinnamon rolls etc. He's such a pro, he makes filling our shelves with beautiful baked goods look easy!

Last Monday we lost an important member of the bakery family as we said goodbye to our namesake and mascot, Lady.

We adopted a two year old Lady the summer of 2011. We had no idea how to take care of a dog but she didn't mind. Lady was hilarious, intense, outspoken and as loyal as they come, providing unwavering companionship throughout the years.

We have lived a lot of lifetimes with Lady. Through moves, marriage, illness, losses- she has always been by our side. She saw the opening of the bakery and even made a visit last fall.

She will live on at Black Dog Baking Company as we remember her and miss her everyday.
We love you Lady.

🚨Attention!

We are CLOSED SUNDAY MARCH 8TH due to a cracked pipe that spans our entire prep area.

There is no way to prep for tomorrow cleanly and safely and we're left with no choice but to close until we can figure this out.
