I put a lot of time and love into each cake that I make, and I want my customers to be happy with their order! In an effort to do this I try to keep my costs as low as possible, so please understand that I do work alone out of my home and can only accommodate so many items at once. It’s been a busy start to the summer so far! I am definitely out of practice. There used to be a time when I would tackle this type of project in a single weekend. Now it takes weeks of planning and baking head of time to make it work in our busy lives. One more big project and time to take a much needed break!

Spring is here (for now) and I’ve been baking a bit more recently. I am debating taking orders for Easter candies or perhaps some random cookie or pastry offerings. Would anyone be interested if I did this?

Think: Chocolate Covered Oreos, candy filled chocolate eggs, Chocolate Chip Cookie sandwiches, homemade cosmic brownies, coffee cake cookies, maybe some scones.
