This is Sashimi albacore tartare with jalapeño almond pesto, mango, cucumber, yuzu, and avocado.
Cold diced albacore, a spicy nutty pesto, sweet mango, crisp cucumber, creamy avocado, and a hit of yuzu over the top. Heat, sweet, acid, and cream in one bite.
