Black Sheep Baking Co Hi! Black Sheep is a scratch bakery in Hudson Oh. We can’t wait to bake for you! I'm Lauren, and I run this little operation out of a shiny new production space!!

(Yay!) Previously this was run out of my home, and thanks to people like you it has grown enough to warrant a larger separate space. Over the last dozen years, or so, I've had the pleasure of working in some of the best restaurants and bakeries Cleveland has to offer. During that time I've busted my tail, working hard to perfect my craft. Black Sheep is the ever-growing product of all that work.

What a year! I’m so thankful and grateful for all the wonderful things that happened this year and all the people who supported my business and helped it grow. We made a ton of food and had a ton of great conversations with lovely people. Looking forward to more of each in the next year 🥰🥰🥰
