{Soft Sourdough Sandwich Bread}
I just made a batch of French Toast with ours. Topped it with peanut butter, maple syrup and a sprinkle of powdered sugar 😊 So good!!

💫Super soft sourdough sandwich loaf!💫
These have been fun to make lately for my family! They are large - coming in at approximately 2 pounds. The sandwich bread is enriched, which means I add milk and butter to give it that extra softness. The same sourdough starter and bread flour as my artisan sourdough, just a different bread style! We love it for sandwiches (especially tuna ones)!
