Sourdough crust is sure to elevate your homemade pizza.

$8 for a 15 inch par baked crust. Simply spread on your favorite sauce, sprinkle on mozzarella, and top with your preferred toppings. Broil for 5 minutes. Slice and enjoy. So yummy!

I forgot (got busy elsewhere) to post this Saturday morning. These four beautiful Clara Boules turned out perfectly. I remember when baking eight loaves in one day didn’t seem possible. But it is…and it was easy! I love baking bread.

When they turn out this pretty, it makes getting up at 2:00 a.m. to bake a little easier.

Remember all that dough from Friday’s post? This is what it became Saturday morning: 6 Clara boules, 24 Gus rolls (uncooked in this photo), 14 cinnamon rolls, and two Gus loaves in the oven (not pictured here.) All of the Clara boules went to customers. The cinnamon rolls were inhaled by my family. And the Gus rolls and sandwich loaves will feed us throughout the week.
