WE WILL BE CLOSED TODAY ⚠️

Although our power has been restored after an outage (in the middle of baking 😅) this morning, with the weather continuing to worsen, we’ve decided to close for the day to prioritize the safety of our employees. ❤️

Days like this are tough on a small business, so if you were planning to stop by, we’d love to see you tomorrow or sometime next week! Every visit and purchase makes a difference to our little bakery. 🥖🤍

Thank you for understanding, and please stay safe out there!

One year ago, I was nominated for the Best of Forsyth awards for the very first time with nothing more than a little home bakery and absolutely no expectation of even coming close to winning.

To our surprise, we took home Best of Forsyth 2026 for Best Cakes, Cookies & Pastries. ♥️

Since then, this past year has been an absolute whirlwind. We opened Forsyth County’s first-ever sourdough storefront, built an incredible team, and somehow went from a little home bakery to filling our shelves with more bread, pastries, and treats than I ever could have imagined.

And now, we’ve been nominated again, this time in THREE categories:

🥖 Best Cakes, Cookies & Pastries
☕ Breakfast
🏡 Neighborhood Favorite

It would mean so much to our entire team if you would take a moment to cast your vote for Scout’s Sourdough every day through October 31st.

We truly wouldn’t be here without this community. Thank you for cheering us on, supporting our little bakery, and helping us grow far beyond what I ever imagined. ♥️

Vote for Scout’s Sourdough every day through October 31st!
